What a great job! These guys came earlier than expected and did a great job helping me relocate to San Diego. They were vet nice, funny and very very careful with my things, which included a really expensive tv that I just bought and had no box. There was not one complaint, even though we got stuck in traffic. They were also surprisingly quick. The rate I got to move cities was also a bargain! Felt very happy with the job these guys did. My appt time was 0830. They arrived at 850. I guess they like sleeping in on Saturdays too. Not a big deal AT ALL!
So I used PRM today for my Sherman oaks move. These two guys were so professional from the time they started till the time they left. They worked fast and took care of my personal property. You could tell they get along with each other well just on the conversations they were having while working. I noticed one small ding (size of a m&m) on the front door..I am sure it happen when they moved the fridge through the front door, which I'll have to have repair. (always paint after movers). I also noticed one minor scratch on my dresser, but that comes with moving big/heavy furniture. I'm sure it will come off. I'm sure both damages were an honest mistake, but I wish they told me when it happen and I didn't have to discover it myself. All in all, PRM was a good experience. They have the best price in the valley ($50.00 an hour. 3 hour min. $20.00 fuel charge). They were done in 2 1/2 hours. I called several places before making my final decision and they have the best price/reviews in the Sherman Oaks area. I would REFER them to anyone. Great Job!!!!! When you call speak to Alex
Absolutely couldn't be more pleased. I was referred to PRM by a co-worker who had been very pleased with their service, and she couldn't have given me a better company to work with. Three VERY hard working men showed up to help me move, had VERY positive attitudes, and were a tremendous help (they were also just all-around nice guys). Alex' estimation of my costs was spot-on, regardless I believe there was more to move than he expected and that the place I moved into had a VERY tiny elevator and meant that basically everything had to be carried up stairs to the third floor. They had all the equipment they needed, all the packing materials required. Standing in my new apartment later in the day with everything done was amazingly cool. Highly recommended - you can't go wrong selecting PRM!!!
Just wanted to give a shout-out to my crew: Dale (the foreman, who was organized and kept me well-informed of their progress), Edwin and Arsen (who tirelessly, ceaselessly kept moving and hoisting my overly-heavy stuff (I'm not the best packer, OK!?). It was Arsen's first day on the job and he was terrific (though he may have thought he'd bitten off more than he could chew!). Very nice guys. Everything was packed extremely well and they were very careful with the things that I value as "precious."
